• Luverne Businesses and Organizations offer HALLOWEEN STREET OF TREATS as a safe alternative for children! Get your costumes on and drive thru the street in front of the Luverne High School! Be greeted by hoards of people in costumes just for you! Listen to the "spooky radio music" on your car radio. You will be stopped along the way where all children will receive a Halloween bag filled with candies! A safe and spooktacular way to celebrate!
